Notice of MHSOBA 2012 Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of MHSOBA Inc is to be held at the Unicorn Club, Melbourne High School, Forrest Hill, South Yarra on Tuesday 3 April 2012 at 6.30pm to consider and if thought fit to pass the following resolutions as ordinary resolutions:

To approve the minutes of the 2011 AGM;

To receive and consider the report from the President;

To receive and consider the statement of accounts for the year ended 31 December 2011 from the honorary Treasurer;

To elect new Council members of the Association for the year 2012;

To appoint an honorary Auditor for the financial year 2012;

To transact any other ordinary business (to be notified in writing prior to Monday 26 March) and

Address from Mr Jeremy Ludowyke, Principal MHS.

Nominations of candidates for election to council are to be delivered to the Secretary MHSOBA through the MHSOBA office, by 5pm Monday 26 March. If you are prepared to be nominated, or wishing to nominate a person, then you should complete the Council Nomination Form available on our website or from the MHSOBA office.

Proxy voting is allowed. Forms are available from the MHSOBA office or the website from Tuesday 27 March.
