NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2026
The Annual General Meeting of MHSOBA Inc. is to be held at The Unicorn Club, Melbourne High School, Forrest Hill, South Yarra at 6.30pm on Monday 25 May 2026, to consider the following ordinary business:
- To confirm the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on Monday 26 May 2025;
- To receive and consider the annual report of the Committee on the activities of the Association during the 2025 year;
- To receive and consider the financial statements of the Association for the financial year ending 31 December 2025, submitted by the Committee in accordance with Part 7 of the Act;
- To elect members of the Committee; and
- Any other ordinary business notified in writing prior to 5:00pm on Thursday 21 May 2026.
A copy of the Rules of MHSOBA Inc. may be inspected at the MHSOBA office or on the MHSOBA website.
Nominations of candidates for election to the committee must be returned to administrator@mhsoba.asn.au by 5.00pm on Monday 11 May 2026.
Members may appoint another member as a proxy for the meeting. Forms for the appointment of a proxy must be returned to administrator@mhsoba.asn.au by 5.00pm on Thursday 21 May 2026.
Members wishing to table matters must submit these in writing to administrator@mhsoba.asn.au by Thursday 21 May 2026.
Members wishing to attend the AGM must RSVP to administrator@mhsoba.asn.au by 5:00pm on Friday 22 May 2026.
