The 2020 MHSOBA Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 21 May at 6:30pm. The Notice of Meeting can be viewed here

Due to current Government mandates, Members will be unable to gather as usual in The Unicorn Club. The Meeting will therefore be held online.

Members wishing to attend the Meeting online should email an RSVP to administrator@mhsoba.asn.au by 10:00am on Thursday 21 May. Details to join the meeting will then be provided via email.

Members wishing to table matters to be added to the agenda must submit these in writing to administrator@mhsoba.asn.au by 5:00pm Tuesday 19 May 2020.

Members wishing to attend by Proxy are encouraged to advise MHSOBA at your earliest opportunity. Proxy forms can be downloaded here. Proxies must be received by 5:00pm Tuesday 19 May 2020.
