Vale – John Evans Teasdale, B.Sc. (5 March 1931 – 14 August 2020).

John transferred from Ballarat High School to complete his Matriculation, which he did with Honours in Chemistry and a Teaching Free Place at the University. A noted athlete with Forrest House in the 100 and 220 yards foot-races. He completed his Bachelor of Science and joined the Education Department as a teacher.

Passed away peacefully in the caring community of Uniting Age-Well Box Hill.

Beloved son of Jack Teasdale and Florence Teasdale (Summers) and older brother of David.

Beloved Husband of Glenda (Dossor) dec. Much loved father of Stephen, Craig, Giselle and Melinda. Adored grandfather of 9 and great grandfather of 1.

A thoughtful and gentle man with a keen sense of humour, John was a great mentor who was kindly devoted to his family. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
