The Melbourne High School Old Boys Association (“MHSOBA”) is an incorporated association with purposes including: (a) uniting Old Boys of Melbourne High School (“School”); (b) promoting, fostering and developing relationships between Old Boys, the School and current students; and (c) promoting, maintaining and improving the welfare of Old Boys, the School and current students, including by the provision and facilitation of events, scholarships, awards, prizes, facilities, mentoring and other assistance

Deliveries
After ordering online, you should receive an email confirmation from MHSOBA containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). You should receive confirmation of your order within a few minutes of ordering. The MHSOBA will attempt to send your goods within 7 working days; however if goods are unavailable, delivery may take longer. If you wish to query a delivery please contact the MHSOBA Administration Officer at administrator@mhsoba.asn.au
Refunds and Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email the MHSOBA Administration Officer at administrator@mhsoba.asn.au so that the MHSOBA can attempt to resolve any concerns.
This refund and returns policy does not apply to goods which have been worn, used or damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. The MHSOBA recommends that you return the product via registered post and that you prepay all postage.
You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit. You may wish to take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. The MHSOBA will not be responsible or parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
This does not detract from any rights you may have under the consumer law.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the MHSOBA will not be liable to any person or entity for any direct, indirect, consequential or other loss or damage (however caused, including due to negligence) which may arise out of, or in connection with, the use of the Website or the use or reliance on information, including any publication or media release, contained on or linked to from the Website.
